Dear Television is Jane Hu, Evan Kindley, Lili Loofbourow, Phil Maciak, and Sarah Mesle.  We write epistolary criticism about TV.  If Clarissa Harlowe were writing about Girls—and she kind of is, isn’t she?—this is what that would be like.  Abridged.

We’ve published at The New Republic and The Slice, but we’re currently at home with The Los Angeles Review of Books.

  1. Hello,

I’ve been enjoying reading this blog and am a fellow fan of the show. I was wondering if you’ll would be interested in publishing guest posts from other viewers/readers/scholarly types (such as myself). If so, I’d love to talk to you’ll about it. Keep me posted 🙂

    1. Hi Avni,

(Sorry your comment got stuck in moderation.) For the time being, what we’re doing with other writer-pals is having a sort of cross-platform dialogue–write a post, link to us and we’ll link back and respond!
